A maintenance record will be kept up-to-date and supplied to you on a regular basis. • Reactive Maintenance We will find the right service level for you, agreeing response times and working hours. Where required TDM will store a spares holding for you so that problems can be rectified as quickly as possible. • Service Management & Administration We can offer a fully managed service, taking care of all the administration tasks for you, whilst keeping you informed with regular reports. • Help desk TDM can provide you with the help desk service that you require, 24 hours 365 days a year, with a fully traceable fault logging system. • Remote monitoring and diagnostics Where possible we will include remote monitoring and diagnostics of your system to provide the fastest possible resolution. • System upgrades As part of your maintenance agreement we can supply automatic upgrades and updates to your system as required.
