Project Management

Our experienced project managers will provide a dedicated single point of contact for you,

utilising a structured but flexibleapproach in managing all elements of the project including time,

resources, risk and cost, whilst ensuring quality and successful implementation of your solution.

Project Scope – all elements of the project scope and design will be

identified and agreed with you at the start of the project.

Project Plan – we will put together a schedule of works that covers

every step of the project, with the critical path and major milestones

highlighted. This will be reviewed with you on a regular basis and

updated accordingly.

Programme

Review Process – progress review meetings will be held at regular intervals both with you and

with the internal project team.

Risk Management – the critical path will be monitored on a day-to-day basis, and the activities

that need to be undertaken in order to keep risks under control will be identified.

Installation & Commissioning – the installation and commissioning of your system will be

continually monitored and fully documented.

Maintenance & Support – maintenance and support plans will be identified

and agreed with you to enable the smooth running of your system.
